Tombstone Pictographs at about mile 83.41 on river left occupy the base of a flat, lichen-covered wall in Impassable Canyon. Guides call out a strong pictograph panel here as a key cultural stop on the lower river. As with other Middle Fork rock art, federal guidance is clear: do not touch, and leave all artifacts undisturbed.
